The Dunes Rehoboth Beach

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Dunes for one night over the weekend and had a great experience. The front desk staff was so welcoming and kind, and the lobby was stocked with free snacks for guests. There is also a filtered water cooler on site which was great for filling bottles before the beach.. When we booked, only dog friendly rooms were available. We don’t have a dog but decided to book anyways due to the affordability compared to other lodging options. Our room was spotless, smelled great (no animal odors) and very comfortable with zero signs of dog presence. The short walk to the beach is lovely, and the beach itself was beautiful and not very crowded (compared to Main St. Rehoboth). There is also an ale house across coastal highway for an easy access dinner. I highly recommend staying at The Dunes, and look forward to returning soon.

We are regulars at The Dunes. It's a great hotel located between busy Rehoboth and busy Dewey. If you like a quieter experience and quieter beaches (10 minute or less walk), this place is perfect. Rooms have always been clean, and the office is very personable. Snacks in the lobby, ice and filtered water too. Office is staffed late into the evening. Two thumbs up for Alperen, the night guy, he's very friendly and helpful. We will return next year. Give this place a try. Away from the congested town. Dog friendly too.

We stayed here for labor day weekend. This place was surprisingly nice for a motel! I was not expecting hard wood floors. it smelled very clean when we got in and the room was incredibly clean. The motel cleans and remakes your bed every day so that was really nice. Motels usually just provide the basics, but this place had an iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, wash cloths, towels, etc. This place is probably the best motel in town (they are brand new, just opened this year!), so I would stay here again. It is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and other bars and restaurants so we walked everywhere which was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you need a last minute place to stay, I would recommend this place!
