Parsons Farms Produce
I had an alright experienc at Parsons Farm with my family. It was nice seeing a wide amount of produce and other things available to purchase. I also like how the little one can see and pet different animals that normally you can't see often.
My one complaint and question is why your horse, Fiona, is so skinny. I understand that winter was just over, and it's harder to keep weight on animals during the colder months. I just don't understand why all the other animals had good weight on them while I can see her ribs and hips.
Besides this, I saw her in a small paddock with little grass. I do not know if you rotate her and the cow into the larger paddock. But she did not have any water or hay that I could see. This was disappointing in care and allowing visitors who know little about horses to think this is okay and normal to see.
(P.S: My family and I ride and own 2 horses, so we know proper adequate care.)

You gotta love Parsons. I like their coleslaw with fried chicken, or on chilidogs. It's about as tasty as KFC's coleslaw. Word has it their cheeseburgers are top notch. My sons told me they were the best they had in the area. We visit Parsons about every other week. I also enjoy communing with the animals in the back as my wife shops. They will eat right out of your hand. Be sure to hold on tight to the little cup with feed, or the goats will eat that too! They almost have a small zoo in the back. Pigs, goats, horses, cows, chickens and just about everything else. Have fun!

This market is a great place to take the kids. Petting zoo with goats, cows and a horse. Lots of photo op spaces for fun pictures. A lovely cafe for a quick bite. Ice cream too. They have of course local produce and a variety of frozen prepared items as well as Jared speciality products like pickled items.
