1)The staff was rude and mocked LGBTQ+ people here.
2) The front desk manager and the lady that was smoking by the office were making racist comments with a hired contractor I overheard and witnessed.
3) Its several blocks away from the ocean, and not senior friendly with all the stairs & had broken glass and cigarettes littering the parking lot that no one cleaned up.

The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel staff is friendly and calls you by name. It's two blocks from the beach

I've done work on this hotel, and stayed there. The service and location are outstanding. The GM Dan is an awesome guy too. Very nice experience!
