Nicola Pizza®, now located at at 17323 Ocean One Plaza, Lewes, Delaware. Nicola Pizza® started business in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in 1971. Soon afterward Nicholas Caggiano, owner of Nicola Pizza®, originated the Nic-o-Boli®. He first offered it to his employees and later he sold it to his customers. An American Tradition was born... today Nick Sr, his son Nick Jr and niece Kelly still use the finest ingredients. Fats from the beef are extracted, 3 different kinds of cheeses are blended, and the sauce and dough contain no animal fat or vegetable oil... A natural homemade product. If you haven't please come in and try our Nic-o-boli or if you have made memories with us while we were downtown come try one again and make new memories at our new location.

I hard they meatballs it didn’t taste fresh! I had their version of a calzone/Stromboli it was good, not bad but I was missing the bottom half of one side which was weird

I expect an old school Italian restaurant to have very good food. Chicken parm is a relatively simple meal. Spaghetti wasn’t tossed in any sauce which Italian 101 when learning too cook in an Italian home. The red sauce had zero flavor. Maybe it was just a bad night, but I can’t imagine the red sauce recipe varies much.

The bread appeared to be homemade. That was by far the best part of the meal.

Pizza was ok.

Recommended by the hotel staff next door.

Normally hotel staff recommendations on food are very good.

This place is phenomenal!! I absolutely love the Nic-a-Boli! The owners are wonderful people! I went there when it was in Rehoboth Beach but it had to move to the highway for much needed expansion! Everything on the menu is delicious! A little known fact is that the restaurant was started by the family so that they were able to financially support the daughter who was special needs..They now own the Hotel behind the restaurant as well..
My trip to Delaware is not complete without a trip to Nicola Pizza!!
