Longneck Deli

Today was the first time I ate here. My son said hey there's this little deli I want to take you and mom. Delicious! I had a pizza steak and my wife and son shared a ham and cheese. Fresh meat, and you can tell the toppings are fresh cut as well. We will be a regular here now. So nice to have a mom and pop deli to go to. Very good. Thank you.

This is my first time. Going I ordered 2 cheese steaks both with different toppings. When I got home the orders were both completely wrong. They made me wait on my food for over 45 minutes and it was not busy. When I called back to tell them they messed my order the older lady with dirty blonde hair told me I was wrong and she got the order correct when I told here specifically “ I need two cheese steaks with different toppings. After she was done being rude over the phone she then hangs up on me. This company needs to hire new people who are capable of listening. And not rude with attitude. To the Longneck deli (manager). You should consider sending and undercover shopper so you can see how they truly act when you not there. Sincerely, A Highly disappointed customer. And the cheese steaks look for your self. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with extra mayo and extra provolone cheese. I got there 10 minutes earlier than when they said it would be ready for pick up. I’m 5 mins away and been buying food there for over 15 years. Got home and steak was cold and so over cooked. It was so dry it gagged me. I couldn’t even eat it. Also there was no mayo and no cheese per my order and I was charged for extra cheese. Called LN Deli, they just kept hanging up the phone after they saying we r closed due to no rolls. They wouldn’t even allow me to speak. I called back 5 times. I will call back tomorrow and ask to speak to owner, mother who took my money and checked me out. Hopefully they will agree sub is nasty and either reimburse me or have someone that knows how to cook and read an order make me another one. ☹️☹️☹️
