Lago Asian Cuisine & Sushi

Quint little sushi bar. Parking is a little challenging. Go to the gravel lot behind the building owned by the fire department. They take donations to park there. The Hairy Mexican (sushi) did not disappoint! Staff was friendly. Our dumplings were a little cold. I don't know if that's because they were frozen or just sitting waiting to be served. As far as sushi though it was fresh and tasty. Prices were reasonable too. California roll was refreshing.

Who knew that the tiny, tucked away town of Milton has the best sushi around in a tiny downtown location that you might walk right by if not paying attention. I’m a huge fan of fancy, delicious dining experiences (I call them culinary adventures) and this was top tier!! Presentation was so over the top gorgeous, an absolute piece of art on the plate! And the tastes and flavors were insane! Best sushi experience I’ve ever had. I was blown away by the way they incorporated unique flavors and used a torch to gently sear some pieces. The staff were all friendly and inviting as well. Easily accommodated a food allergy and made it an amazing dining experience. If you’re reading this looking for a place to eat nearby, good news, you can stop searching! You found it! You’re not gonna wanna miss this 😁

Certainly not a bad meal or bad service; 2 pieces of Nigiri Tuna ($12) and 2 pieces of Salmon Sashimi ($12); would have expected them to be a little bit larger than a one bite but it was fresh and cold! Chuck's roll ($14) and the Dancing roll ($16) were delicious, but again, kind of small for the price. Chicken lettuce wraps ($15) served with a nice bowl of chopped chicken and fresh, crisp lettuce. Ginger Salad was the best deal of the night at $11 served cold and tasty! Pork dumplings a good appetizer (5 for $11) Nice selection of wine and was $12/glass. Sapporo $9. I would go back. Nestled in a cute little town near the water. Lucky enough to hit a live band after dinner.
