Came for a late lunch on Monday with the wife and a friend. Lots of eating areas to choose from. We sat on the covered porch deck which has nice view of the water and plenty of space. Wasn’t busy, so was easy to converse without shouting. Our server was friendly and our orders were prepared promptly.
My wife ordered the tuna arugula salad and was happy with the quality of the dish. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and fries (see pic) which was tasty, but at $17, just seemed to be lacking from a presentation and quantity standpoint. It was my oversight I guess that the cheese steak came with only the chicken, cheese and a bun. Would have been nice to have had tomato, onion and lettuce included but I guess you need to request that with the order. Oh well, now I know for next time.

Had dinner here on a Friday night, sitting on the patio near the water — comfortable and pleasant on a beautiful evening. We were treating my parents, who love this spot. The appetizers were a mixed bag: tuna wontons were great, but the peel-and-eat shrimp were mediocre and we weren't even given a bowl for the shells. The mains were largely solid — fish and chips, grilled salmon, and fried shrimp were all good. The french dip was a dud — Dietz & Watson roast beef just isn't anything special.
Unfortunately, the service was some of the worst I've experienced in a long time. Despite a half-full patio and plenty of staff on hand, management seemed either absent or completely disconnected. We weren't given silverware or plates at seating, waited 10+ minutes after our first course arrived to track some down, and by the time we had them, our entrees were already arriving — both courses piled on top of each other. Drinks took up to 15 minutes. We asked twice to have the table cleared for coffee and dessert, it never happened, and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for hours. We eventually gave up on dessert and left after 2.5 hours.
Our server was clearly inexperienced, but the real issue was that no one was watching the floor or helping her out. The view is lovely, but for a proper dinner out, we'll be going elsewhere as this just wasn't worth the price.

Staff is extremely nice. Food is very inconsistent. First time coming. Here was great food was beyond good. Second time came with a date and the plate itself was like extremely small compared to the first time and extremely bad third time the corned beef was perfect. Potatoes were very good unfortunately, I only got three small ones and the cabbage was like I got the middle part of the cabbage none of the good outer pieces which made the dish very un edible and I always get the same thing corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes asked for a couple more potatoes as it was unusual to only get three little potatoes when I spent over 20 bucks on this meal alone and waiter was nice and asked them to make it, but it never arrived to my table
