We had one of our best vacations at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff were so friendly and helpful and made it like a community feel. My toddler loved talking to all the staff and guests. The location is perfect, close to everything! The hotel was clean. They even have a "Woof Wall" showing all the pictures of the dogs who have stayed there (of course our dog April made it onto the wall).
My only qualms were with the pool area and bed. The pool/gym area maybe needs a better ventilation and cleaning, I'm very sensitive to mold and it seemed musty in those areas. I think there may have been an air purifier in the hallway. Hard to avoid mold with the humidity of the pool area, I suppose. The bed was a little too soft and mushy for us. It would provide more peace of mind if they were using bedbug covers on the mattress.

Me and my family went to Rehoboth Beach for the 4th of July weekend and stayed in Holiday Inn. The place was located at a convenient location to the beach. The room's were clean, and the breakfast was good. Only issues was the fitness center. The elliptical handle bars were too low for a tall guy like me. Speaking of height, the shower curtain railing was too low and I kept hitting my head. However, the service made up for it. They gave us a cup cakes, cookies, and an amenity kit/goody bag which was a really nice gesture. I recommend this place since it's located in a good area and the prices were reasonable.

Very nice Hotel in a great location when visiting Rehoboth Beach.

We wish we could access the back of TV to connect to the HDMI port. TV was too close to the wall to access. Other IHG hotels swivel for access.

Breakfast was good and hot. Wish this location had potatoes on the breakfast menu like only a few IHG hotels have.

Pet friendly Hotel,and we could hear a dog running back and forth across the floor above us.
