I enjoyed my stay here greatly. It's in a perfect location to explore the boardwalk! You are right in the heart of everything. I found the hotel to be clean and well decorated and the hotel staff to be really friendly. We did have a weird incident where my moms parking pass was properly displayed and the information was visible and she got a warning for parking on hotel property some how. They also called us after check in to ask if we had any problems with our rooms. I'm guessing they assigned a guest to a wrong room. Other than those two minor things it was great. They have oranges and really nice coffee in the morning. There's no hot breakfast that I saw. I'd stay here again the next time I want to visit Rehoboth for sure. There is nearby construction going on on a condo or hotel but when I went memorial day weekend they obviously weren't working. The project looked half to 3/4 completed. My estimate is August/September they will be done.

This place is nice, clean, comfy, and right on the beach. We were on the 2nd floor where we didn’t have a private balcony, but could walk out onto a large shared balcony with an even better view. It is right on the beach, and the very end of the north side of the boardwalk. Walking distance to some great restaurants, shops, and coffee, but a little quieter on the north side. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Henlopen is the perfect place to stay, thanks to its excellent location, outstanding service, and friendly staff. We booked a two-queen-bed room online for the long weekend, and the rates were very reasonable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—with the added bonus of a partial ocean view from our balcony.
The staff welcomed us warmly with smiles and provided all the necessary details upon check-in. On-site free parking was a major plus, along with complimentary snacks and coffee available near the front desk throughout the day. The beach and boardwalk are just a short walk away, and a variety of restaurants and cafés are conveniently located within 0.2 to 1 mile. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
