If you appreciate coffee this is the spot in Lewes. I find most other places in town serve an over roasted, over extracted, undrinkable cup of coffee….even at spots one would assume has a much better cup of coffee than served. The bean selection, roast and the care at which Gaia brew your cup is exceptional. Can’t wait for the cafe to open.

The coffee is delicious. We like buying the whole beans to make espresso at home. They are always super helpful in explaining how to dial in the different beans on our machine. We love Gaia and are super thrilled to have them in Lewes!

The only proper espresso drinks in Lewes! And they’re delicious!
