RJR : 1 on 7/26/2025 2:12 pm When I addressed my concerns with the front desk, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of empathy from the staff, especially one lady who made the situation even more stressful. It felt like guest comfort was the last priority.
This stay was nothing short of awful, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are better options in Rehoboth Beach that actually care about cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.

location is the only good part as it is near the beach and outlets.

Only area that needs improvement is ventilation in the room. You open the door to an overpowering smell of chemical deodorizer. Running the (noisy) AC didn't really clear it. When we returned to room a few hours later, the overpowering chemical smell was still there.
Staff was polite.
Pool was clean.
Continental breakfast was a really nice freebie
