I was pleasantly surprised on my first stay here.
The room was spotless. Kudos to housekeeping. They did a great job during my stay. Simple, but attractively appointed,, lots of towels and pillows....but the mattresses were a bit hard.
The breakfast was serviceable, but nice that they offer coffee 24 hours a day.
Staff was friendly, although no one seems to regularly monitor the front desk.
The location was convenient, stores and restaurants very close by, and it was an easy quick ride to the beach.
Overall, it ended up being a bit nicer than expected.

We stayed here on vacation. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but better than most. Hot waffles are always a win for us. Front-end staff could be friendlier. Parking lot access from Safeway needs fixed for easier access.

The staff at this property is exceptionally helpful and truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are taken care of.
Due to a change in my schedule, I had to cancel my reservation, which I had made through Booking.com. Unfortunately, Booking.com was not cooperative and initially refused to issue a refund, even though the property staff had confirmed my cancellation.
Stacy went out of her way to get on a call with me and Booking.com to help resolve the issue—despite the fact that I never stayed at the property. That level of dedication is rare and truly commendable.
A big thank you as well to Damon and Barbara for their support in helping Stacy resolve the situation. Their combined efforts made all the difference
