Bella Terra Landscape and Garden Center
My First time here was today, just off the road from 113 and 10 min drive from peppers. It was spring fling… however the coffee truck should be a weekend staple here Sat mornings… or at least spring and fall. This place has wowed me… it’s well kept, clean.. cashier in center is nice, they workshops and classes… a lot of local venders and nursery support here as well!! Also the staff!!! FRIENDLY and helpful!!! The General manger walks around, helps, talks to kids and parents, what a great GM to have!!! He really tops the place even more!!! I am Impressed… what a rarity

Do not hire Bella Terra Landscaping. This will be your biggest regret for your community or home. Since taking over the contract for the Halley’s Glenn development over a month and a half ago, the neglect of our common grounds has escalated by 100%. The owner, Mike, admitted to me in person that our common grounds were in poor condition, yet the neglect has continued on his watch. They are completely ignoring the covenants and ordinances for our development. Despite reaching out to Bella Terra four times—even providing specific addresses that require attention—we have received zero follow-up and complete negligence. They are utilizing multiple neighbors' HOA funds and fees without providing the agreed-upon service. Do not hire this company. The picture should not say lush grass, that is overgrown, that is a dry pond that has not been serviced by Bella Terra. This is negligence on many of our community members yards.

Bella Terra handles our landscaping in Spring Lake 7. We contracted with them about 5 years ago. Julio, our property manager from Bella Terra, has been so great to deal with. He has helped through many landscaping projects. We signed on for the snow removal in case of snow. When this snow storm came through (2/26), they were plowing through the night. I woke up in the morning and our streets were clear and salted. Most people I know in town (2 days later), haven't even seen a plow. Every time I saw Bella Terra trucks, Julio was there. They came back on Tuesday (storm began Sunday afternoon and continued through Monday afternoon - 20 inches of snow) and cleared parking spots from cars that had been moved since.
