Beach House Dewey is a fantastic place to stay in Dewey Beach—especially if you're looking to be in the heart of the summer time action. It's one of the two hotels that make up Party Block Hotels, named for their close proximity to the legendary Bottle & Cork music venue. Despite the lively location, the hotel itself offers clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms that make for a perfect retreat after a fun night out.
The pool usually opens just after Mother’s Day and stays open throughout the summer, making it a great place to relax during the day. Bonus: the hotel is dog-friendly, so you don’t have to leave your best friend behind!
Booking directly through the hotel can save you some money compared to third-party sites. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and the team is always friendly and helpful if you need anything at all.
There’s plenty of parking, and once you're parked, you can walk just about anywhere in Dewey. The entire town is one mile long so everything is within walking distance. Not for families. Paid $600 a night and bailed on our second day. If you’re in the group staying out until 2 AM or later, this is likely a great spot. Good proximity to the beach and friendly staff, but the rooms are not clean, there’s no elevator, and the live band at the open air bar across the street pumps into the rooms. We had two noise machines in each room and could still hear the live music until 10-11 PM, then the DJ track until 1 AM, and then the hotel parties after 2 AM. The hotel policy is also any stay under 3 days does not warrant a clean (the booking email says you can request, but the front desk will not accommodate). Not sure the floors had been cleaned in some time regardless. Just not the place for kids despite lots of glowing reviews saying otherwise.

Cozy and clean rooms. Staff all very pleasant and accommodating. Pool is nice and steps away from the beach. Will be back!
